  • 1. If we Hire You for our interior works, How is the work process get started?
    Our work starts with an initial consultation in person or through a phone or video call to understand the client’s project requirements. Then we will present an initial estimate to understand the cost and specifications. Once you agree with the estimate, we will proceed to 2D and 3D designs which will help you to understand how your dream home will look according to the design. Once the client finalizes the designs, then will start the production of the furniture and the project execution.
  • 2. What kinds of projects do you undertake?
    We undertake Home, Commercial and total renovation Projects.
  • 3. Can you do customized interior designs?
    Certainly. Everybody’s ideas and interests are different. So we combine your ideas and interests to get a unique design output for your dream home. If the customization will need different materials and size, we will inform the revised estimate according to the required customization.
  • 4. What about the after sales support?
    Yes, we ensure support after completion of a project. Service regarding the wood work manufacturing defects if any will not be charged.Accessory warranty is according to the product company warranty.
  • 5. How long it will take to complete the project?
    Once the designs are finalized by the client, it takes about 40–45 working days to complete and hand over a project. Wi will provide regular updates via WhatsApp or email regarding your project work in progress all the way up to handover. For Customized interior works, we will discuss the timeline according to the client’s required design works.
